The ICRC’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team supports the organization in implementing its priorities to increase diversity in management teams across the organization, foster inclusive ways of working as well as to progress on various themes such as disability inclusion, gender equity, LGBT+ inclusion, etc.

Diversity and Inclusion Data and Analytics Specialist will ensure that the D&I work evolves based on a solid foundation of project management and knowledge management. The incumbent will also develop analysis of data, KPIs and create written reports based on quantitative and qualitative information. Other tasks include providing support to the D&I team on all matters related to project management and visualizations of quantitative and qualitative data and other relevant D&I material. The Belgrade Shared Services Center is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position: Project Management Specialist and Data Analyst (location Belgrade) 

MAIN TASKS

  • Sets and maintains the structure for gathering, documenting and measuring the information and data on diversity and inclusion by using established and latest project management tools
  • Improves, develops and monitors data, information and documentation processes and tools 
  • Consolidates the documentation and information and implements corrective measures where needed
  • Creates performance measures (KPIs) and pr
  • Provides support with their analysis
  • Contributes to the development of an analytical model and referential data that support analysis and keeps the documentation updated
  • Contributes to establishing of a comprehensive Knowledge Database by ensuring the information is correctly documented, the database populated and updated in a timely and correct manner
  • Creates high quality consolidated reports in English (data and text) on a recurring basis using internal and external data and information
  • Supports the D&I team in visualizing quantitative and qualitative data for internal and external audiences
  • As a resource person on D&I, responds to queries and channels them through to relevant colleagues as needed
  • As a member of the D&I team, contributes to training sessions and development of learning solutions; supports the development of the ICRC’s D&I agenda

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • A postgraduate qualification: Public Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences, Economics or similar field along with 5 years of relevant work experience in project management, data analytics or business support including reporting
  • Proven experience in setting organizational structure and/or business development
  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced command of Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus, Excel, SharePoint 2013 and Tableau
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Highly meticulous with a keen attention to detail (proven track record in data and statistical analysis); well organized, able to manage multiple priorities; end-user service oriented, open-minded and adaptable
  • Strong ability to analyze complex, technical, qualitative and quantitative information and to tell the story behind the numbers (proven experience required)
  • Strong ability to write reports in English using quantitative and qualitative data (proven experience required)
  • Knowledge of BI systems will be considered as an asset
  • Demonstrated interest and capability to understand global diversity and inclusion issues
  • Creative problem-solving and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Both team player and able to work autonomously with strong communication skills
