We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager in the field of Digital Marketing who can play a pivotal role in our delivery processes.

As a Project Manager in Digital Marketing, you will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of multiple client projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. This role provides an opportunity to directly contribute to the growth and success of our clients while helping to shape and optimize our internal delivery processes. As we grow, there will be opportunities to take on increased responsibility and leadership roles within the team. As a vital link between clients, internal team members, and client success managers, you’ll manage communication, track progress, and address challenges to ensure seamless delivery of marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project briefs and plans to monitor and track progress using tools like Jira and Slack.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide regular project reports, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Facilitate smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and the Client Success Manager.
- Attend client and internal calls, preparing agendas, recaps, and actionable next steps.
- Work with tools like Jira, Slack, and HubSpot to manage tasks, communicate, and track progress seamlessly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different teams and clients.
- Proactively manage time zone differences to ensure seamless collaboration with the US team.
- Foster teamwork, motivate others, and take initiative to lead indirectly.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years’ experience leading project management.
- Experience in managing technical projects in area of digital marketing.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of digital marketing, including integration, automation, and analytics setups.
- Excellent English (written and verbal) communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong self-management and accountability in a remote work setting.
- Bonus: Experience in a client-facing role is a plus.
- Bonus: HubSpot experience is a plus.
