Project Manager – Digital & Medical Marketing

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and work exclusively on projects for our client, a leading company in the healthcare and nutrition industry. This role will focus on supporting the client's digital and medical marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement digital projects, manage content, and oversee marketing materials targeted at healthcare professionals (HCPs). The ideal candidate has a strong digital marketing background and experience in healthcare, pharma, or nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects, including innovation, renovation, and marketing campaigns, by gathering local input and aligning with business needs.
• Support the implementation of digital projects using Agile methodologies, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams.
• Assist in digital content creation for campaigns on social media and other healthcare-focused platforms.
• Oversee the rollout of multi-channel engagement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze competitor digital activities targeting HCPs.
• Implement and distribute healthcare nutrition materials across markets, ensuring visibility and impact.
• Track and assess market data from IMS, Nielsen, and HCP trackers to provide actionable insights.
• Evaluate the execution and effectiveness of healthcare nutrition initiatives by organizing events and gathering feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English (Serbian or Croatian is a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and/or medical marketing.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharma, or nutrition sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Adobe) and Web Analytics (GA4).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing digital transformation projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• High level of integrity, accountability, and flexibility.
