Factory is a software project management and development team based in New York and Belgrade. We develop for web and mobile, proprietary, partner and client projects.

Delivering on every part of the production cycle, from ideation via branding and design to coding is why we are selective about the work we take on, focusing on projects with sustainable business value.

Requirements

• Two years (or more) of working as a project manager in IT industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to details
• Conflict resolution skills
• Knowing both traditional and agile project methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Having a well-known project management or agile certificate is considered a plus
• Experience on long term projects (1+ year of execution) is considered a plus
• Working previously as a software developer is considered a plus
