Our motto is technology embedded in nature and GreenState Development DOO is searching for skilled manager to join our team in creating software and hardware devices such as huge vertical and modular farms spanning thousands of square meters, devices for growing plants at home, CRM systems, real estate applications, ERP programs, etc.
We're pushing the boundaries of how food is grown and harvested, and we need your help to build our IoT, Big Data, and A.I. powered digital recipe system, which will be integrated into our web and mobile apps and SCADA system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the projects from start to finish, in accordance with defined goals, deadlines, and budget;
• Organize daily meetings and sprint planning with the development and design teams;
• Create and assign tickets based on planned tasks and priorities;
• Anticipate potential issues and obstacles in team workflows and proactively resolve them;
• Communicate with stakeholders to align project components, report progress, and support further decision-making;
• Ensure effective and transparent collaboration across teams;
• Monitor and manage team members engagement;
• Track sprint progress, identify and resolve workflow difficulties;
• Organize and lead sprint retrospectives, with a focus on analyzing suggestions and removing process obstacles.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in positions such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Scrum Master in FinTech and E-commerce industries;
• A formal education in management, IT, computer science, or a related fields;
• Experience in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, progress tracking, and problem solving;
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Linear);
• Excellent communication and social skills;
• Ability to proactively address challenges while maintaining a positive work environment;
• Flexibility and adaptability;
• Interest in financial products and E-commerce;
• Experience working with teams that build digital products (web, mobile applications, software solutions).

Budget:

The budget for this position has not been determined because we believe that each candidate is as unique as the experience she/he brings to the company, and therefore we will discuss the budget in more detail when we meet and exchange business experiences, as well as after considering the candidate's role in the company.

What does the selection process look like?

• HR interview - up to 60 minutes (online);
• Technical interview with architect/CTO - up to 90 minutes (onsite/online);
• Final interview - offer (online/onsite).
