We are looking for dynamic and experienced PROJECT MANAGER to join our Projects team.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the NPI and successful management of project cost, quality and timing, to support existing projects throughout its life cycle including Engineering change control and product end of life activities.

Main responsibilities:

1. Project Management

• Ensures the planning, implementation, monitoring and control of projects, ensuring full satisfaction of the clients’ needs
• Plans and manages the resource requirements of the projects, e.g. staff, CAPEX, materials, etc. 
• Ensures that the projects are managed within the approved policies and standards
• Responsible for the financial costs in connection with the implementation of the projects 
• Facilitates high level interaction between the Company, customer and factory
• Ensures proper coordination of the tasks to be performed according to procedures and customer requirement
• Ensures changes are managed effectively and according to specifications 
• Ensures identification and communication of hurdles to the successful completion of the projects
• Ensures identification and coordination with HR of the training needs of the teams he works with
• Responsible for the internal coordination with the client upon introduction of new processes and products or changes of the existing protocols

2. RFQ Generation

• Ensures conduction of risk analysis prior to project quotation
• Drives the RFQ process to ensure competitive, detailed and timely quotation
• Serves as the main interlocutor/interface between the customer and IMI by challenging customer specification to fit with IMI capabilities while engaging with IMI expert on technicalities after own analysis/evaluation

3. Environment, Health and Safety

• Ensures compliance with all applicable safety and health protocols in the workplace such as EHS, ISO, etc.
• Ensures that the units in charge of labor safety and environmental protection are well-informed of the operations/processes/product/consumables that could have adverse impact to the environment
• Ensures establishment and maintenance of contact with customers on technical and technological issues related to the environment
• Ensures that his/her team performs its official duties in accordance with the Quality and Environment, Health and Safety policies as well as long-term and short-term goals of the company
• Ensures proper implementation of the Quality and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies
• Ensures strict observance of regulations to ensure healthy and safe working conditions

Required personal and professional skills:

• Technical University degree (preferably in the field of engineering and/or economic education)
• At least five years of related work experience, portion of which at a managerial capacity
• Knowledge of the engineering and quality standards
• Strong background in business planning, project management and financial analysis
• Computer literacy (Microsoft, SAP and other necessary programs/applications), knowledge in MS Project an advantage
• Proficiency in English; proficiency in another language an advantage
