Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our office in Belgrade.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for entire process of opening new stores, starting from lease agreements negotiations (tech part) up to the opening of the store in terms of timing, budget and quality
• Negotiations of technical conditions in lease agreements with representatives of Shopping Centers
• Preparing time schedules and preliminary construction budgets for future stores
• Editing and preparing technical annexes to lease agreements
• Representing company in all communication with representatives of Shopping Centers in respect of the process of design and fit-out works for new shops
• Visiting potential locations of the stores, collecting all data necessary for investment process and providing reports
• Collecting project documentation required in order to start design process,
• Providing reports / summaries of technical conditions
• Coordination of design process – cooperation with LPP architects and local design studios
• Organizing tenders for general contractors
• Verification of contractor’s offers and comparing to market prices
• Coordination of the fit-out and construction works
• Technical and aesthetic supervision over the construction site
• Supervision over the compliancy of the works and documentation with local norms and legislation
• Providing financial supervision over the project budget
• Ordering and coordinating investor deliveries
• Providing local support for the company employees from other countries also involved in the construction process
• Preparation of final investment budget
• Providing support in budgeting process and cost-optimization

Required profile:

• Fluency (written & spoken) in English language
• BA/MA degree in Engineering or Architecture (preferably Civil Engineering or similar), or technical knowledge and experience in construction projects
• Great communication skills, self-discipline and positive attitude to teamwork
• Experience in project management, especially in solving technical problems
• Ability to edit formal documents, accuracy
• Negotiation skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage
• Fluency in reading technical drawings
• Travel flexibility
• Experience in cooperation with Shopping Centers, or retail chains will be a great advantage
