Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support to formulate the Project Scope and keep it aligned, as well as the projects objectives and goals.
• Identify and develop key milestones and track performance to targets for all assigned projects.
• Develop project plans and ensure continue coordination and management during the projects execution on the areas required and as per the organization and local authority standards (scope, time, cost, quality, risks management, communication, procurement, integration management).
• Develop and maintain project budget (in collaboration with Engineering / Procurement / Finance), keeping continues cost monitoring and budget under control.
• Submit monthly projects progress reports to internal and external related parties.
• Supervise and manage project coordinators / contractors / subcontractors planned activities and work program.
• Manage project conflicts and resolve challenges in a timely manner while maintaining participant satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications: BSc. In Agricultural Engineering and / or MEP / Construction environment.
• Preferred Qualifications: Masters in Project Management, Agriculture Engineering and/or Business.
• Minimum 7 years work experience in executing agricultural projects.
• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Excellent project management skills, analytical and report writing skills.
• Advanced business communication, leadership and presentation skills and problem solving / conflict resolution capability.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Driving license B category
