Project Specialist in Global Artwork management oversees project plans established by project team leads, identify risks, coordinate with various teams to achieve project objectives, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Additionally, they independently implement and monitor activities within the project that may not be directly related to the artwork creation and coordination processes.
- Managing, planning, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the artwork development projects, for printed packaging material, for product launches and/or site to site transfers
- Managing project plans defined by project team lead or external project team managers, identifying project risks, coordinating with various teams to ensure project objectives are met and delivering project status updates to included stakeholders
- Being independent in implementation and monitoring of activities within the project that can but are not mandatory directly related to artwork creation and coordination processes
- Faculty of Technology, Technical, Pharmacy or Mechanical Engineering
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Advanced command of MS Office package
- Team-oriented, precise, communicative, responsible, independent
