Role Description
Employment type: full time
Location: Belgrade
Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for receiving and analyzing all invoices related to business operations
- Communication with suppliers to negotiate the most favorable terms and prices
- Keeping records of paid invoices as well as expense records
- Detailed cost analysis in all segments of the business, focusing on identifying opportunities for savings and improving efficiency
- Regular preparation of monthly cost reports, tracking all relevant parameters and trends to provide a clear picture of the financial situation
- Preparation of additional reports and analyses to make informed decisions and optimize business processes
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in the same or similar positions required
- Proactive and goal-oriented approach to work
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency in English at an advanced conversational level is essential
- Administration
- Flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks
