Your Profile:

• Bachelor or master studies in business administration, accounting or finance
• 3 years’ experience associated with financial administrative duties
• Profound Knowledge of accounting and finance in real estate
• Experience in property management is a plus
• Excellent English knowledge is a must
• Advanced PC literacy is a must especially Excel, banking software packages are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an international team environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Reliability, high work motivation and cultivated appearance
• Independent and analytical thinking
• Ready to continuously improve knowledge

Responsibility:

• Regular communication with the tenants and property owners
• Preparation, regular renewal and control of the annual budget
• Calculation of costs and service fees
• Monitoring the implementation of lease agreements
• Regular submission of reports in accordance with the received instructions
• Continued access to revenues and expenditures of the lease
• Managing and updating documentation of buildings and tenants
• Project management of immigration and emigration of the tenants
• Renting of the free space
• Participate in the preparation of the lease agreement and the annex to the agreement
• Controlling of sales invoices and other PM related accounting processes
