Your new role – challenging and future oriented
- Generate Value added / savings to contribute to the success of business and make results transparent
- Process Purchase Requests for CapEx and fixed assets buys
- Analyze material availability and manage Purchase Orders including tracking
- Ensure cost-efficient and on time delivery of materials according to demand
- Maintain and update Supplier master data in coordination with Regional Procurement in SAP
- Archive documents according to local regulations to keep the database always accurate and up to date
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
- Relevant University degree (ideally in Economics or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same or similar role
- Familiarity with Purchasing concepts such as Total cost of ownership, Value added and Purchasing ethics
- Understanding of an ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent PC skills
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Result oriented and change oriented person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
