Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering in order to achieve business excellence. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter, which performs the same processes and participates in common projects.

Purchasing Quality upholds rigorous standards, ensuring product excellence and customer trust as our team expands. Purchasing Controlling, Strategic, Governance and IT Coordination team drives efficiency and innovation, integrating systems and supporting departments to stay ahead in a digital workplace. Purchasing Sustainability, team serving as a center of competence. Job Description

► You’ll be material and process knowledge expert for plastic molding and/or stamping (optional die casting) and respective process within MA purchasing organization
► You'll cooperate and guide suppliers in their processes to overcome the technical / quality problems sustainable by using the principle of “on-site, on-the-spot”.
► You’ll also support commercial buyers in projects with challenging technical demands in your commodity/material field
► You’ll do monitoring & continuous improving on supplier's quality performance 
► You’ll do supplier enabling, defining preventive quality measures and application of quality measures at Supplier

Qualifications

► Education: University degree in related field
► Working Experience: More than 5 years working experiences within technical / manufacturing environment preferable in Automotive Industry; Project Management; Experience with plasting molding and/or stamping process (optional die casting)
► Language: Good language skills in English (writing, speaking, negotiation), further languages skills are welcome.
► Problem solving methods, Quality tools (8D Method, 5xWhy, Ishikawa…)
► VDA 6.3 Lead Process Auditor
► 6 Sigma knowledge preferred
► Material and process knowledge are Key
► Experience on digital tools/platforms for data collection, analyses and visualization
► Experience in area such as digital transformation, digital market, e-commerce or digital product development will be highly valued
► High flexibility for travelling on demand is essential
