TeleTrader is announcing the following vacancy within its QA department:
Quality Assurance Analyst (Financial products)
About QA Team:
QA team is engaged in manual testing of applications developed at TeleTrader. Team members work closely with developers to produce and deliver reliable applications.
Main Tasks:
- Evaluate and test new or modified software solutions within the TeleTrader product portfolio
- Perform functional, regression, and acceptance testing of releases before moving new versions into production
- Identify, report, track, and verify issues in the issue tracking software used by the development team
- Investigate problems reported by internal and external users, recommend solutions, and collaborate with developers to fix the issue
- Support developers with product advancement throughout the release cycle
Requirements:
- Educated and experienced in one of the following areas: Economics, Business and Finance, or 1+ year of experience in financial software testing
- Solid understanding of the financial markets (participants, processes, technologies, financial instruments)
- Fluent written and spoken English (proficiency in German will be considered an additional asset)
- Very strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn to operate unfamiliar software or technology
- Good understanding of quality assurance as a part of the software development process
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and cooperate with peers
- Candidates with automation testing experience will be given priority
- Experience with crypto is a plus
