We our searching for new team member who will join our plant in Novi Sad. We are operating in E-systems business and producing wiring harnesses for passenger vehicles and currently employing approximately 2500 employees. Your core responsibilities will be:
Active participation in development od Quality assurance system in the plant
Coordinating activities of quality inspectors in his/her area of responsibility
Analyzing Customer claims, work closely with plant cross-functional team and preparing 8D reports
Supporting the implementation, maintaining and improvement of the Quality System Management in conformity with IATF 16949:2016
Identify potential risks for quality deviations and suggest and implement improvements to avoid defects in future
Create and implement internal quality procedures regarding quality
Responsibility to stop production line and delivery of products in case of non-conformity with established quality standards
University degree, preferably in technical field
Previous experience in quality in automotive industry minimum one year
Certificate for Internal Auditor for IATF 16949:2016 will be considered as an asset
