For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Quality and Training Manager with English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of QC & Training to ensure departmental goals are aligned with the company’s broader vision;
- Uphold and exceed compliance standards across all relevant regulations, contracts, and internal training protocols;
- Lead and support QC team leaders and specialists, cultivating an environment of growth, learning, and operational excellence;
- Conduct performance assessments, deliver constructive coaching, and reinforce high service standards across team members;
- Evaluate quality monitoring data to pinpoint inefficiencies and suggest targeted enhancements;
- Initiate process improvements by analyzing team output, compiling performance insights, and recommending workflow optimizations;
- Champion a positive and collaborative team culture that motivates employees and reinforces service consistency.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing mid-to-large teams (20+ members);
- Demonstrated ability to lead with confidence, foster team cohesion, and drive collective success;
- Fluent in English (C1 level), with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented professional, capable of managing tasks independently while working effectively within a team;
- Sharp analytical thinker with a meticulous eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving;
- Hands-on experience using KPIs to monitor team performance and improve quality standards;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications; prior exposure to compliance or quality roles in the gaming sector is an advantage.
