RAN Planning Expert (m/f/d)

Location: Belgrade

Working with mobile network operators worldwide by providing engineering consultation to our customers
Design and plan radio networks using industry leading planning tools to meet customer’s coverage, capacity, and performance requirements.
Conduct radio frequency planning, interference analysis, and network optimization for efficient spectrum utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of radio network elements with overall network architecture.
Evaluate site surveys and propagation models using Planet Infovista and/or Forsk Atoll to enhance network reliability.
Analyze network performance data, Drive Test data and implement corrective measures to meet quality of service (QoS) requirements.
Investigate and resolve network issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Proven experience in radio network planning and optimization within the telecommunications industry.
Proficiency in RF planning tools such as Infovista Planet and/or Forsk Atoll.
Utilize GIS tools for spatial analysis, mapping, and geospatial data interpretation in the context of radio network planning.
Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G including IoT, FRMCS and FWA technologies.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in radio network design.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Capable of working independently and in a team, reliable & proactive
Fluent in written and spoken English
