Project Manager at Reach is accountable for leading and delivering Dynamics 365 application implementation projects through all phases. This position is a client-facing role, which is responsible for reviewing the client’s business needs, and recommending and implementing software solutions. Your main goal in this role will be to ensure that Microsoft D365 projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. As a strong leader you must both personally deliver consistent, predictable and high-quality results, as well as lead a team to do the same. You will be responsible for all aspects of the solutions delivery, business and managing project members.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to assess client’s environmental context and business processes and effectively communicate situational analysis and recommendations both orally and in written form.
• Drive the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical and solution feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress including plan project tasks, sequences, time estimates and costs; manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and make sure that project deliverables are in place and meeting quality requirements.
• Perform risk and issue management to mitigate project risks.
• Effectively manage relationships with the clients and all stakeholders that ensure clients lifecycle success.
• Keep an eye on the latest strategies, tools and terminologies used in project management.

Professional/Personal Skill Requirements

• Must understand and have experience in Microsoft Dynamics application implementation projects through all phases.
• Project implementation experience in the following industries is highly desirable: Healthcare, financial services, non-profit, construction, logistics.
• Strong communication skills, clear and concise written skills, excellent oral communications and precise listening skills.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiations and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Experience in using Microsoft Azure DevOps throughout the project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Finance or other related fields.
• PMP certification.
