We are hiring and have open position for - Real Estate Agency Administrator
Our company is looking for Real Estate Agency Administrator to be responsible for administration processes and protocols in the field of real estate. You will be in charge of handling incoming phone calls, greeting clients, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other administrative work.
For you to be selected as a candidate must have experience:
- At least 2 years work experience on a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of real estate protocols (EOP, EOK)
- Real Estate Agent License (recommended)
- MS Office
You will also need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Real Estate Agency Administrator Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of applicable Laws e.g., Prevention of money laundry, Law on contractual relations, and legislation related to Real estate industry.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Real estate administration physical and electronical.
- Keeping and updating real estate data base in real time.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information in real time.
- Support Sales team.
- Experience as a virtual assistant.
Real Estate Agency Administrator Requirements:
- High school diploma or Higher education
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
- Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Great communication skills.
