Responsibilities:
- Sale of apartments on a large-scale residential project
- Management of sales team of 5-7 people working on a large-scale residential project
- Managing High profile and VIP clients
- Managing good relations with clients and personnel
- Sourcing potential buyers
- Sourcing potential tenants for retail stores
- After-sale support to clients
- Assistance with protocols and handovers of apartments
- Lead management
- Appointment scheduling
- Preparing reports
- Record keeping
- Various office administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales and team management experience in real estate
- Accurately anticipate the client needs and expectations in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent in Serbian and English language – verbal / written
- Good overview on Belgrade’s real estate market
