Recruiter for Company Sales Representatives – Solar Business

What you'll do:
- Help identify, source and screen top tier talent
- Make a 150-200 calls daily and schedule 8-10 interviews daily
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media etc. to identify talent for position requirements
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
- Work directly with Senior Recruiters and Managers to help coordinate all aspects of recruiting
- Provide a fast and diligent experience for every candidate from the application stage to the on-boarding process
- Meet aggressive hiring goals in various areas
- Participate in meetings to discuss top priority jobs and current candidate pipelines
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
- Report to Recruiting manager
