We need a team of highly specialized and talented sales professionals who can keep pace with current growth. Our Recruiter must have experience working with outside sales representatives, particularly in the solar industries. Recruiter for Company Sales Representatives – Solar Business

What you'll do:
- Help identify, source and screen top tier talent
- Make a 150-200 calls daily and schedule 8-10 interviews daily
- Utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media etc. to identify talent for position requirements
- Review and analyze resumes using our in-house ATS software program
- Work directly with Senior Recruiters and Managers to help coordinate all aspects of recruiting
- Provide a fast and diligent experience for every candidate from the application stage to the on-boarding process
- Meet aggressive hiring goals in various areas
- Participate in meetings to discuss top priority jobs and current candidate pipelines
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
- Report to Recruiting manager

Ambitious, hungry and persuasive. Someone that ‘gets’ the opportunity and runs with it. You will be creating your own recruiting company within our framework.
Must have skills:
