Duties that are expected to be performed:

• Creating and updating ads on platforms where we advertise open positions for recruiting purposes for the US labor market (for United S Inc.),
• Contacting registered candidates for positions in the USA by phone, e-mail, sms,
• Support HR functions including benefits administration, USA employee benefits onboarding and offboarding.
• Support top producing recruiters by running reports and being there for a driver candidate in order to schedule all the necessary tests and checkups that United S Inc. requires, and that are legally allowed,
• Undertaking follow-up with candidates after the recruiting process, including, but not limited to: helping with the formation of the candidate’s complete
  documentation with the aim to accelerate the hiring process,

• Check and verification of the candidates with previous US Employers – in accordance with the applicable Law,
• Helping our future driver colleagues to book the flight and assisting them on their way to the orientation process, while providing them with the necessary support,
• Keeping neat records of the invited and selected candidates in an adequate database and the intended platforms (during the selections made for the territory of the USA), while not forgetting to do the proper data entry on Ten Street Platform, or similar,
• Administering the assigned work timely and properly,
• Advertising and creating content for social networks in order to support the associated legal entity from the USA,
• Creating advertising material and updating the offer for ambassador drivers.

YOUR PROFILE

Qualifications and characteristics needed:

• Passionate about cross-cultural cooperation and getting to know different types of people,
• You have the eye for every little detail,
• Experience in drivers recruiting would be an advantage (still, not mandatory),
• Responsible and well-mannered,
• Optimistic,
• Great listener,
• Proficient English user,
• Flexible and reliable team player,
• Great communication skills and problem-solving orientation,
• Tech savvy (when we write this, we refer to: you know how to make an Excel table - i.e. to use Microsoft package, and / or to work in G-suit).

Not to forget to add - The position is office based. Our office is in Beograđanka, Masarikova Street No. 5. Working hours are from 2pm to 10pm, Belgrade time.
