VWZ Express is Hiring: Recruiting Officer

Location: Novi Beograd, Stari Merkator

VWZ Express, a company with a strong presence in the U.S. transportation market, is expanding its team in Serbia. We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Officer to lead the driver hiring process for the American transportation industry from our office in New Belgrade.

IMPORTANT:

This position is strictly for candidates who have hands-on experience recruiting CDL drivers for U.S.-based trucking companies.

If you have not worked directly with CDL driver recruiting for the American market, please do not apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding of CDL drivers
• Managing the entire hiring process – from initial contact to driver start date
• Communicating with candidates and U.S. partners in English
• Maintaining and updating the driver database
• Work is performed from a fully-equipped, modern office in New Belgrade

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory prior experience recruiting CDL drivers for U.S. trucking companies
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. driver recruitment processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Fluent in English (professional level)
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
