Recruitment Coordinator (Fixed-term position)

FIS is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Belgrade for a fixed-term position.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a global leader in financial services technology, alongside with passionate, easygoing and dedicated Recruiters. We are looking for a colleague who will help us deliver marvelous candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.

What you will be doing:

• Partner closely with Recruiters and Business to schedule and coordinate a high volume of interviews
• Provide fantastic experience for candidates throughout the interview process
• Build collaborative relationships with key Business and Recruitment contacts
• Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Act as liaison between Recruiter and Background Coordinator on new hire background checks
• Assist with various reports preparation
• Ad hoc activities – organization of different events, Job fairs and similar

What you bring:

• Over 3 years of proven administrative experience, ideally within a recruitment department.
• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, social studies, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, ensuring records are maintained accurately and promptly.
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with automated applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
