About the role
This is a remote full-time position based in Serbia, with working hours 10am-6pm CET Monday to Friday.
Our Recruitment Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in delivering our talent marketing strategy. To succeed, you will naturally enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be solutions-focused and above all, have a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Play an integral role in talent-facing marketing campaigns for the nurseries, helping to maintain the Employer Brand Marketing playbook and undertaking relevant internal tasks.
- Own the brand’s talent reviews - work alongside nursery stakeholders and the Talent team to draft responses to Indeed and Glassdoor reviews, devise the Monthly Reviews report, populate internal decks and reports with current data and pull reports on demand.
- Work closely with the Talent Team to own the nursery empty chairs figures - calculate monthly targets, update weekly dashboards and complete monthly and quarterly reports relating to them.
- Be the point of contact for nursery recruitment events - help to facilitate marketing plans, create any digital or print advertising assets, and support on-the-ground teams with guest lists, logistics and operations.
- Coordinate any digital and print marketing asset requests from the nurseries or central Talent team and assist in their creation.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Analyst to share events information and focus nursery lists that result in the creation of paid ads across Google, Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor and Meta.
- With support from the Talent team, ensure that online regional careers pages are kept up to date with open roles and relevant information and imagery.
- Support the Digital Marketing Analyst with the content creation of new regional pages.
- Work closely with the Content Associate and Talent team to ensure that the talent social media channels are kept up to date, and inboxes are checked and responded to on a daily basis.
- Seek out local opportunities to promote the employer brand (job fairs, pop-ups etc) and be up to date with happenings within the early years sector.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager and Senior People Experience Manager with virtual events (Club Talks) to drive talent acquisition - research thought and opinion leaders, and help to draft pitches.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Analyst, and SEO agency to deliver a compelling, engaging, and SEO-focused content strategy for the Careers Hub.
- Be the point of contact for the People team on hiring and onboarding asset changes and creation.
Experience:
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a forward-thinking, creative employer brand team, either in-house or agency
- High attention to detail
- Experience writing creative and engaging content for digital and print
- Good design skills and proficiency in image editing tools - Photoshop is desirable
- Proficient in video editing - basic skills alongside overlaying music and adding captions
- High levels of organisation
