At Alite International we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Belgrade office.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

• University degree in technology, organizational sciences, social sciences or psychology
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Sharp attention to details and organizational skills
• Team player with willingness to work in a cross-functional and agile environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
• A friendly, positive and professional personality
• Experience in HR and Recruitment field is a plus
• Previous experience in IT industry would be a plus
• Ability to travel abroad (Sweden, EU countries)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full lifecycle of recruitment and talent acquisition process including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, selection and hiring
• Collaborating closely with delivery managers as a talent advisor in understanding and meeting their hiring needs
• Proactive talent sourcing through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews
• Tracking, analyzing and regularly reporting on hiring progress
