A day in the life of Recruitment Specialist at Minth Group
- Responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates by using different channels.
- Establishing new and developing existing channels.
- Managing full-cycle hiring process according to company policy and procedures
- Taking part in the organization of recruiting events (street recruiting campaign, campus recruiting etc)
- Reporting and continuous record keeping using usual database (Excel, SAP)
- Promotion of companies values
What will make you successful?
- Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, and data-driven thinking who has at least 1 year of experience in a full-cycle recruitment process and preferably a university degree in a relevant field.
- You are an advanced communicator and negotiator able to deliver results through others and influence with integrity.
- You have excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. You are an advanced user of the MS Office package (PPT, Excel). Photo editing knowledge will be considered an advantage.
