Temporary – replacement for maternity leave
Your core responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring hiring of all employee categories according to forecast
- Performing complete recruitment and selection process and onboarding for white collar positions
- Leading and coordinating all internal recruitment and recruitment of blue collar positions
- Actively participates in Employer branding and company promotion activities and suggests new ideas in order to attract candidates
- Maintaining candidates database and work in HRIS and other HR software
- Leading local recruitment and training team
- Monitors and supervises training process and documentation flow for operators
- Participates in preparation and implementation of annual training plan for employees in administration
- Organizes employee internal and external trainings and tracking their evaluation and effectiveness
- Prepares and updates all recruitment and training procedures and documentation for IATF 16949 audit
- Actively participates and leads all engagement activities and ensures proper internal communication in Lear plant
- Responsible for reporting in area of recruitment and training
Candidate profile:
- University degree, preferably in social science
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in industry with 500+ employees will be considered as an asset
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employees’ development tools
- English knowledge - minimum intermediate level
- MS Office - minimum intermediate level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
