For our client, Altamoda, a general distributor of professional hair products as well as hairdressing equipment, Workforce is looking for qualified and motivated candidates for the position: Redken Business Development Manager

Job description:

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Fully responsible for the client portfolio and their development and regular meetings with clients (at least once per month)
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and organize activities adapted to the market
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
• Supervising communication and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
• Managing budgets of the brand
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support, build reports
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Travel throughout the territory of Serbia and visit customers on a recurring basis
• Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photoshoots
• Organizing and fully responsible for different formats of education of clients in order to support their development
• Managing brand forecasts and maintaining the brand stock on a healthy level
• Fully responsible for brand image on the market

Candidate profile and requirements:

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
• Experience in field sales
• Organizational skills
• Well developed communication and negotiation skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Dedication to all work assignments
• Drivers license B category
• Proficiency in English
