The Position: Purchaser / Referent Nabavke

Contract:           Full time
Reporting to:     Country Manager ZEUS Petruzalek Serbia
Hours of work:  Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00
Location:          11272 Dobanovci, Surčin, Industrial Zone offices 100% office work

The Role:

To achieve stable, well organized purchasing process. Decrease stock costs, thus maximizing potential sales effect.

Expectations:

• 1-3 years minimum prefferen in import logistics;
• full PC literacy, MS Excel profficient level;
• working knowledge of English;
• experience in Food contact goods import is Highly advantageous;
• good interpersonal skills, emphasized initiative and negotiation ability;
• goal-oriented and hard-working professional.

Responsibilities:

• support of the Sales Team of the Company on all issues that are needed to ensure proper and timely sales process
• cooperation with the other colleagues within the Company, under the responsibility of the General Manager and Sales Manager, to meet the targets defined in the Company budget
• responsibility for timely ordering of trading goods
• responsibility for optimum stock level
• responsibility for purchasing price negotiation
• responsibility for negotiation and organization of transport of trading goods
• responsibility for archiving import documents
• updating supplier database
• updating items database
• liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to overcome any product issue in the shortest possible time period and find alternative products and suppliers if required
