About the Role:
A Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) is responsible for driving business growth, expanding market presence, and increasing revenue within a designated geographic region. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to meet sales and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end (360-degree) business development activities for manpower recruitment services
• Manage client acquisition, relationship building, and contract negotiations
• Oversee recruitment processes and worker placement in partner companies across countries
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company’s services
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Coordinate closely with internal recruitment teams to meet client needs
• Represent the organization at industry events, meetings, and client presentations
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives across the business development function
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to internal teams
• Maintain responsibility for the overall performance and profitability of the business unit
• Collaborate with cross-border teams and manage international business relations
• Ensure all operations align with the company’s growth vision and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in manpower recruitment or a related industry
• Proven cross-country working experience is highly desirable
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and drive results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable, confident, and bold personality with strong decision-making capabilities
• Must be fluent in English at a B2 level or higher
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed based on business requirements
• Experience in cost optimization and promoting organizational efficiency
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
