About the Role:
Navriss is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving cost efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, analytical capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to help streamline our financial processes and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement
• Perform regular account reconciliations and oversee banking transactions
• Handle purchase, logistics, and administrative coordination focused on cost optimization
• Manage local VAT, tax compliance, and other regulatory requirements
• Liaise with legal and licensing authorities on company-related matters
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Support cross-country accounting and consolidation processes
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate audits and support internal/external audit processes
• Maintain documentation and financial records in line with statutory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CIMA, CFA) is preferable
• Cross country expertise would be advantage
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
• Sound understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driving license and access to own vehicle
• Willingness to travel occasionally as per business needs
