Regional Fleet District Manager of Mercedes-Benz Cars

General Distributor for Daimler of Mercedes-Benz, smart, Setra and Fuso vehicles in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Albania is looking for a suitable candidate for position: Regional Fleet District Manager of Mercedes-Benz Cars (1 position, Belgrade)

Responsibilities:

• Regional Fleet sales business development in Star Import d.o.o. distributors network, applying defined fleet business development strategy;
• Defining and implementing new fleet sales channels;
• New product implementation (Business Solution, Full Fleet Service);
• Distributors Fleet Sales activities coordination, development and steering;
• Regular distributors visit, field work is 60%-80% work time;
• Regular premium segment competitor activities report creation;
• Maintaining existing and establishing new customer contacts;
• Active role in preparation and execution od Fleet events (Star Experience, Off Road, New model promotions);
• Active support to the Distribustors network for daily business;
• Sales of vehicles with higher level of protection

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of work experience on similar position, preferably in automotive industry
• In-depth knowledge of local and regional automotive market
• Fluency in English (Additional foreign language is an advantage)
• Full professional proficiency in computer use: Microsoft Office package, Internet
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, professional manners
