Your role & responsibilities:

System and Process Support

Serve as main point of contact for Employees HR-related inquiries via various intake channels such as case management tool, ticketing system, phone, chat
Individually answer and respond to HR-related inquiries within defined time frame
Create tickets on behalf of the Employees or HR for data issues / requests and escalates to higher support Tier if needed
Manage cases that describe Employee issues in the area of responsibility
Process data changes in HR systems
Prioritize incoming requests
Review and follow standard operating procedures to complete tasks
Direct employees to internal policy or external administrative organizations to support inquiries

Communication, Enablement & Stakeholders

Assist in other day-to-day activities within the scope of the assigned HR area
Active participation in the projects conducted by the SSC
Ensure adherence to global and regional guidelines, processes and methodologies
Provide regular feedback for updating Q&As, improving processes etc.
Collaborate with HR SSC Specialists for same business areas within other teams and support each other for problem solving
Provide a high level of customer service to employees and other stakeholders

Your skills & strengths:

Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC/BPO environment
Knowledge of HR Shared Services processes and understanding of business needs
Basic knowledge - IT HR Systems : Success Factors, People Doc, SAP HR and ticketing system
Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within Teams, PowerPoint and Excel
Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Fluent English and one of the following languages: Polish, German, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian
Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
