REGULATION, METHODOLOGY AND PROVISIONING EXPERT
Job Summary:
Main activities are:
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of credit portfolio, identification of key risk drivers and assessment of credit risk parameters.
- Active role in calculation and optimization of the credit portfolio provisions in line with internal methodology, SG group standards and rules of the National Bank of Serbia.
- Active role in improvements of credit portfolio provisioning methodologies and their alignment with changes in regulation

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and controlling of the credit portfolio provisioning process
- Active role in implementing regulatory driven and other improvements in the credit portfolio provisioning process
- Applying changes and improvements of the bank’s methodologies for credit risk identification, measurement, prevention and mitigation.
- Active role in implementation of credit risk related projects
- Active role in preparation and analysis of internal capital adequacy requirements
- Creation of various reports for the purpose of analyzing credit risk exposure
- Preparation and follow up on the credit risk budget (risk targets)
- Active cooperation with other departments in implementation of changes related to credit portfolio provisioning process
- Support and consultation services to business departments on credit risk related issues
Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in banking / audit of financial institutions
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of credit risk / portfolio monitoring
- Knowledge of NBS regulation in the area of classification, risk management and capital adequacy
- Knowledge of Basel II and III, IAS and IFRS9 regulations
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of data extraction, modeling, simulation and scenario analyses
- MS Office – advanced level (Excel, Access),
- Preferable knowledge of SQL, BI and statistical tools (SAS, SPSS, Business Objects)
- English language – advanced level
