• University degree of Economic
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG
• Computer skills in a Windows environment (MS Office - Word, Excel)
• English language (advanced level, written and verbal)
• Advanced excel skills

What should be your tasks?

• Contribute to the coordination and control of all Transactional Accounting and Management Reporting outcomes
• Work in partnership with HGSS (Heineken Global Shared Services) to achieve high standards of financial processes
• Fixed asset accounting
• Control Statistical reports
• Support in process preparation of statutory reports
• Monthly closing support
• Performs accounts reconciliations
• Communication with auditors
• Ability to work within a team on specific project
• Provide advice and insights on Local Accounting matters (i.e., local standard changes, consolidation changes) to internal stakeholders and HGSS Transactional Services
• Manage the delivery and execution of end-to-end period end close activities in line with close calendar, liaising with internal stakeholders as required to ensure accounting information is complete, accurate and timely.
• Submit statutory reports to local authorities
• Translate & Localizes Statutory reports
• Cover RtR project management & coordination activities. Responsible for coordination with other functions and general management of initiatives
• Collaborate with the HGSS to translate new business requirements into reporting requirements/analysis.
• Support the delivery of specific local managerial reporting not covered by the core set of reports, leveraging support from Co as required.
• Safeguard the quality of financial and managerial reporting in the OpCo in line with standards.
• Drive process compliance in the OpCo in line with global guidelines
• Support the delivery and implementation of continuous improvements across processes, tools, templates and systems in collaboration with Global Finance and HGSS Transactional Services towards HEINEKEN’s standards.
• Drive own personal development in leadership, finance specific skills and business knowledge by implementing his / her development plan
