You will act as a HR Business Partner for assigned Business + Functional Units providing quality HR advice, coaching and support to all managers to ensure the business's strategic and operational objectives are met including, but not limited to, general HR matters, labor law/relations, HR projects implementation and roll out. Additionally, you will act as Project Manager for identified HR Projects as and when required and ensure full implementation in cooperation with the relevant HR specialist.
- Preparing reports for invoicing based on transaction number
- Updating reports on a monthly basis
- Creating a foundation for the “pay for performance” concept
- Monitoring productivity across different BU/FU covered by the structure
- Controlling and correcting transaction prices to keep results within defined boundaries
- Creating tools for task measurement for Cross BU/FU
- Creating reports for each task for Cross BU/FU
- Forming transaction task prices
- Controlling results in Cross BU/FU
- Analyzing results and proposing corrective actions
- Highly developed organizational and communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined individual
- Motivational abilities
- Analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially in Excel
- Ability to maintain regular communication with clients from different countries
- Excellent knowledge of English language
