Retail Marketing Associate

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, and execution of retail marketing campaigns and promotions across various channels (online and offline)
• Help ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals across all marketing materials
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content, in-store signage and other promotional materials
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences
• Support the organization and execution of in-store events, product launches, and promotions to drive foot traffic and customer engagement
• Assist in tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to provide insights for continuous improvement
• Work closely with the sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with store objectives and goals
• Assist with managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign assets

Expectations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in retail marketing, marketing coordination, a marketing agency or related fields is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Passion for retail marketing and customer experience.
