Retail Operational Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and proactive Retail Operational Coordinator to join our office in Belgrade.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting and monitoring store budgets for office supplies, managing orders, and negotiating with suppliers.
• Organizing waste collection according to local environmental standards, developing procedures, and managing related expenses and recycling revenues.
• Collaborating with external consultants to ensure compliance with environmental obligations, such as ecotax and green tax.
• Coordinating external cleaning services for stores and offices, negotiating costs, and handling store feedback.
• Supporting stores with payment methods by collaborating with external partners, resolving claims, and implementing new payment solutions.
• Managing cash collection operations with banks, resolving issues, and overseeing efficiency.
• Handling security arrangements for stores, including preparing documents and collaborating with the Loss Prevention department.
• Negotiating electricity contracts for stores, based on lease agreements and store needs.
• Overseeing logistics for new store openings, such as ordering fiscal printers, phones, and internet services.
• Processing invoices related to managed services and providing reports to management and relevant departments.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability to change.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance.
• Project management experience.
