We're seeking diligent and detail-oriented Risk and Fraud Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the integrity and reputation of our operations. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing potential abuse, fraudulent activities, any suspicious activities and take the necessary steps.
- Enforcing responsible procedures and ensuring adherence.
- Handling tickets, emails, and reports efficiently and effectively.
- Safeguarding our business by identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and identify suspicious behaviour.
- Familiarity with our Back Office (BO) and various search methodologies.
- Understanding of the different procedures and how to analyze them.
- Solid knowledge of our campaigns and keen awareness of potential avenues of abuse.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and responsibility.
- A strong team player with the ability to work cohesively with others.
