Roof/Roofing Construction Manager/Project Manager
Belgrade
3+ years as a project manager in a similar capacity is a MUST!
Salary will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Managing crews
- Managing job sites
- Managing profitability of jobs
- Purchasing
- Final inspections
- Roof inspections for our roof consultants
- Meeting insurance adjusters
Qualifications:
- 3 year previous experience in roofing
- Extensive knowledge & experience in various types of residential roofing
- Experience in purchasing of relevant materials
- Valid Drivers License/Clean Driving Record
- High School Diploma
- Organized and presentable
- Ability to manage several ongoing jobs
- Passion and commitment to customer service and team work
- Able to work some weekends as needed
Must have skills:
- English language – proficient
- High level communication and negotiation skills
