We're looking for a proactive and creative Telegram and Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and newly formed MENA BT team. This role is based in our Belgrade office and will focus on creating engaging content for our Telegram channels across the MENA region.
Portfolio required as part of the application, and to be sent via WhatsApp or electronically.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Search for popular upcoming sport events (e.g., football, MMA, UFC, F1) and create engaging posts with photo and text materials for Telegram channels.
- Multilingual Content: Prepare content in English, French, and Arabic, utilizing machine translation tools effectively.
- Trend Spotting: Stay updated on hype sport news and integrate it into your content strategy.
- Channel Management: Efficiently manage multiple Telegram channels simultaneously.
- Design & Editing: Utilize Figma, Photoshop, and Canva for creating visual content.
- Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with other SMM professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of social media management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Canva (mandatory).
- Knowledge of current popular sport/gaming events.
- Proficiency in at least one video editing software: DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Magix Vegas, or CapCut (one of these is mandatory, the others are a plus).
- Portfolio/personal page on social media is required as part of the application.
- English level B2 or higher (mandatory).
- Ability to work competently with online translators and understand how they function, particularly for Arabic and French content.
- Ability to work with bots.
Preferred Skills
- English language proficiency B2/C1: mandatory
- Russian language proficiency (optional)
- French language proficiency (optional).
- Knowledge of two different languages (optional).
- Strong sense of proactivity, creativity, initiative, and independence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary during probation (2 months): €900/month.
- Post-probation salary: €1000–€1500/month (based on results).
