SAP APPLICATION MANAGER PM-SM-CS MODULE
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
This leading multinational Company is expanding its global footprint and is looking for enthusiastic talents to support the growth of the operations in Serbia.
In this role you will enhance and develop in the existing SAP Plant Maintenance/Service Management/Customer Service - Module (PM/SM/CS). This includes design, specification, customization, testing and implementation of new business requirements and the change of existing processes to provide our internal customers with the most beneficial and efficient SAP applications in this field.
Also we see you available to users for SAP PM/SM/CS - relevant questions always as competent contact (2nd level support) is just as challenging as creating training concepts for end-users and employees in other IT projects.
The role requires further an efficient and process oriented handling of change requests and preparing of proposals to our customer needs.
Your profile:
We are looking for a reliable, proactive and team oriented personality with the following background:
- Higher degree (Bachelor) in Business Informatics or Computer Sciences
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ERP R/3
- Broad understanding of SAP business processes and underlying SAP data structure in the mentioned SAP modules
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Service-oriented way of working
- Good communication skills
