SSH Civil Engineer 

Location: Novi Sad or Zaječar with between 10% - 30% travel across the East European Region depending on where the action is!

Contract type: Permanent, with probation period of 6 months.

Responsible for assisting day-to-day execution of Civil projects with Breweries in the lead, if specialized skillset or reference to standards is essential, in a safe, effective, and efficient way, by providing specialism in Civil works engineering.

Your Experience and Behaviours

• Bachelor or University degree by education or experience with a technical background,
• 5 years relevant experience – roles within Capex projects,
• English language proficiency: intermediate / advanced,
• Stakeholder Management and communication,
• Experience in driving continuous improvement, project management,

In this role you will:

• Support breweries on projects for new buildings and new infrastructures to enable other projects;
• Provide breweries input and feedback on preparing a project budget to permit fund approval;
• Support breweries with preparation of all documentation and planning of basic engineering project, as well as project plans and monitoring the progress;
• Provide inputs to the impact evaluation of the Civil projects in other systems like HACCP, ISO, HAZOP;
• Assist breweries during design, execution and commissioning phase of the project, and through hand over to the internal customers (LOI solving, SAT, Documentation and training);
• Assist breweries with preparing specification for tendering according, drafting extension plans, preparing fund applications;
• Ensure communication with brewery teams and supplier;
• Support the team to select best suppliers, reducing need for external contractor spend and preventing activity execution by resources not fully trained or equipped;
• Check projects drawings and documentation;
• Use Civil work standards from HEINEKEN.
