Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing automation, paid media, SEO, and creative strategy. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, owning performance KPIs, and ensuring scalable processes through systems like ClickUp and automation tools. You’ll lead the strategy and execution across the full funnel—from awareness to conversion—with the mindset of growth, efficiency, and customer obsession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation & Flows
- Build, optimize, and manage email, onboarding, and lifecycle marketing flows using tools like HubSpot, klaviyo, or similar.
- Develop nurture sequences to increase product adoption, reduce churn, and drive upsells.
- Create segmentation strategies for personalized communication across lifecycle stages.Paid Media
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Run A/B tests for ad creative, targeting, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with media buyers (in-house or agency) and designers to align messaging and creative assets with campaign goals.SEO & Content Strategy
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform organic growth strategy.
- Work with content writers to publish high-impact, SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and thought leadership.
- Track and improve technical and on-page SEO performance.Creative Direction
- Own creative briefs and provide clear direction to designers and content creators for ads, videos, and web assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Ideate and test messaging frameworks that resonate with our target personas.Project Management & Organization
- Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives within ClickUp, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.
- Lead weekly sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Maintain a clear marketing calendar and campaign roadmap.Performance Tracking & KPIs
- Set clear goals and KPIs for each campaign and channel (CAC, CPL, MQLs, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Build dashboards and performance reports to communicate results with leadership.
- Continuously iterate based on data insights and experimentation.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of SaaS marketing experience with proven success in demand generation and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong grasp of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Creative mindset with experience briefing and guiding design and content teams.
- Expert-level organizational skills and experience managing workflows in ClickUp or similar tools.
- Analytical and data-driven; comfortable setting and interpreting marketing KPIs.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience is a strong plus.
