Safety Assistant (USA trucking company)

We are looking for an experienced SAFETY assistant who is well-versed in FMCSA rules and DOT regulations. Experience at SAFETY position in USA trucking companies of at least 1 year is absolutely necessary!! We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and help us achieve full compliance with all SAFETY requirements.

Only in cities Cacak, Nis, and Beograd (please DONT apply if you are not living in one of those 3 cities because we have office in Cacak, and we are planning in future to open officies in Beograd and Nis also, but at the moment employees from Nis and Beograd will work from home remotely for at least several months)  Please dont apply if you don’t meet criterias.

Fluent in English is a must!

Responsibilities for Safety assistance:

• Registrations,
• IFTA,
• Dealing and solving issues with potential claims, accidents, inspections and tickets
• Answering on phone and communicating with drivers
• Deal with additional assigned duties as needed

Requirements:

1. MINIMUM 1 year of experience at safety position (2+ years preferable)
2. Availability to work 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12pm Monday-Friday.
3. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong organizational and social skills, problem-solving and reasoning abilities
5. Accuracy and attention to detail
6. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds with varying degrees of proficiency in English
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
8. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
