Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of client websites and applications to determine their current technical structure and templates.
- Develop detailed project proposals that outline the scope of work, accessibility improvements required, and the timeline for completion.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of accessibility improvements and the potential impact on the client's user base.
- Calculate accurate cost estimates for accessibility projects, including labor, software, and any additional resources required.
- Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to refine project scopes and pricing based on their specific needs and budget.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals, communications, and project details.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales and management teams on proposal status and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated work experience
- Demonstrated experience in a proposal writing, pricing or technology focused role
- Ability to work as a self-starter and effectively manager your time.
- Proficiency in using accessibility testing tools and software is a plus.
- Sales or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in all programs within Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
