SALES AGENT (m/f) FOR THE SERBIAN MARKET
JOB TASKS:
Your role will be to visit existing and seek out new potential clients, promote our products, gather inquiries and orders, and ensure the delivery of technical documentation to our sales team, which will then prepare offers and cooperation proposals. You will provide customer support, be responsible for achieving sales goals, and implement the company's sales strategy in the Serbian market. Titolchimica ensures comprehensive market and commercial support (customer databases, market information, existing customers, training, and continuous support for all your activities).
COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum education level: Technical or economic field (Level V)
- The candidate must be a resident of Serbia and fluent in the native language
- Candidates with experience in the chemical products sector are preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data processing (data-driven mindset)
- Soft skills: cooperation, proactivity, curiosity, ability to build trust both internally and externally
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian is a plus (but not required)
- The candidate should be willing to collaborate also by starting his/her own business (s.p.)

Kompanija nudi širok asortiman laboratorijskih proizvoda: kiseline i baze različitih koncentracija, titrirane rastvore, soli, rastvarače, boje za mikroskopiju, pH puferi, standardni rastvori, reagense za različite analitičke tehnike, itd. Kontinuirano dodajemo reagense pripremljene prema specifikacijama klijenata, prateći specijalizovane metode i/ili međunarodne standarde, kao i prilagođene formulacije uz osiguranje poverljivosti. Takođe, mogu pripremiti proizvode, mešavine i rastvore za različite primene i pilot rešenja, uz očuvanje istog nivoa kvaliteta kao i u serijskoj proizvodnji.
RADNI ZADACI:
Vaša uloga će biti da posećujete postojeće i tražite nove potencijalne klijente, promovišete naše proizvode, prikupljate upite i narudžbine, i obezbedite dostavu tehničke dokumentacije našem prodajnom timu, koji će zatim pripremiti ponude i predloge za saradnju. Pružaćete podršku klijentima, biti odgovorni za postizanje prodajnih ciljeva i sprovođenje strategije kompanije na tržištu Srbije. Titolchimica obezbeđuje sveobuhvatnu tržišnu i komercijalnu podršku (baza klijenata, informacije o tržištu, postojeći kupci, obuke i kontinuirana podrška za sve vaše aktivnosti).
KOMPETENCIJE:
- Minimalna obrazovna kvalifikacija: Tehnička ili ekonomska struka (V nivo)
- Kandidat mora biti rezident Srbije i tečno govoriti maternji jezik
- Prednost imaju kandidati sa iskustvom u oblasti hemijskih proizvoda
- Poznavanje rada sa CRM sistemima i obradom podataka (data-driven pristup)
- Mekane veštine: saradnja, proaktivnost, radoznalost, sposobnost izgradnje poverenja unutar i izvan kompanije
- Dobro poznavanje pisanog i govornog engleskog jezika, poznavanje italijanskog jezika je prednost (ali nije obavezno)
