Sales Analyst

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Sales Analyst position will support the Product Manager, both in the sales analytics and sales reporting. The Sales Analyst must fully understand company business, both internally and externally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Monitor, create and publish reports ensuring they are complete and accurate 
• Make sales reports internally to Country Managers and Top Management and externally to Vendors 
• Summarize analysis into clearly written memos and presentations to outline operational observations and improvements
• Work with cross-functional areas and interpret data for business processes, and provide appropriate recommendations based on analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree 
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to drive multiple projects
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English 
• Strong computer skills including MS Office 
• Proficient in Excel
• Abilities:
• Ability to work independently under pressure and take direction from more than one person
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team; work effectively with different personality types
• Ability to take analytical data and create clearly written summaries based on findings
• High energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation and ambition to grow in the role
• Experience: 1+ years analyst experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments and external Vendors in a fast-changing environment.
