We’re looking for a Sales Assistant Intern who wants to learn how B2B sales really works — from CRM management and lead qualification to discovery calls and proposal support.
This internship is perfect for someone structured, detail-oriented, and eager to understand the inner workings of a fast-growing tech company’s sales engine. You’ll be part of the Sales team, working closely with Marketing and Customer Success, and you’ll receive mentorship and guidance throughout.
What You’ll Do:
- Support initial outreach to potential clients via email and LinkedIn;
- Conduct structured discovery calls using pre-written scripts and sales playbooks;
- Manage follow-ups and ensure leads are progressing through the funnel;
- Assist in drafting and sending proposals, contracts, and sales documentation;
- Keep HubSpot CRM updated with accurate contact, deal, and interaction data;
- Help with lead qualification, segmentation, and status tracking;
- Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and conversion insights;
- Coordinate with other teams (Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment;
- Execute recurring tasks (lead follow-ups, data entry, email scheduling) with high precision;
- Spot inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements;
- Help document and standardize internal sales processes for easier onboarding and scaling.
Working hours: flexible work schedule to fit around your studies.
Earnings: in agreement with the employer.
Conditions:
- Final-year student or recent graduate (Business, Communications, IT, Economics, or similar);
- Fluent in English (C1+); Spanish is a plus;
- Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Excel/Google Sheets;
- Excellent written communication for professional emails and LinkedIn outreach;
- Bonus: Experience running any kind of structured process or outreach campaign;
- Hands-on experience in B2B tech sales with a real impact on company growth.
Skills: highly organized, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.
